About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to step into a salaried plus commission Loan Partner position with Maryland’s top mortgage producer.
Most Loan Officers spend their time chasing leads, cold calling, or competing for rate shoppers. At Federal Hill Mortgage, ninety percent of our business comes from referrals. That means you will manage a steady pipeline of high quality clients from day one.
Expected first year earnings: $100,000 or more through our salary and commission structure.

Who This Is For
This position is ideal if:
You have at least five years of mortgage experience and strong knowledge of loan structuring
You are exceptional at managing loans rather than generating your own leads

You can work in office at our Baltimore location in Federal Hill
